The Introduction:
In an attempt to help friends Maxie & Spinelli,Lulu went to chat with Coleman at Jake’s.Little did she know,the man she didn’t notice drinking a beer at the bar,would change her life,forever.As Dante eavesdropped on Lulu’s conversation with Coleman,he realized what a caring person she was,because she was asking Coleman to help her out,for the sake of her friends.At the jukebox,she turned around when she heard a man ask “Do you like surprises?” Lulu got a chuckle out of Dante’s antics and persistence to pursue her.He told her that he respects how much of a good friend she is.Lulu and Dante immediately started off bantering and bickering with each other,about anything and everything.Dante offered to buy Lulu a beer,and asked if she played pool.Lulu agreed to him buying her a beer,and they began playing pool.

Trying to figure out each others real names,Dante claimed he was “Thor and Biff”,after Lulu said she was “Trixie & Angelina”.Dante used “the oldest bloody line in the book” according to Ethan,who insinuated himself into Dante and Lulu’s game of pool.Dante joked about Ethan’s accent,while Lulu informed him that he was her brother.Dante informed Ethan that he was going to make Lulu “a star”,to which he did not take too kindly too.Ethan called Lucky down to Jake’s and informed him that “Dominic” is an employee of Sonny’s,and is hitting on Lulu.Lucky and Ethan instigated a bar brawl with Dante,which resulted in him getting beat up.Dante gave as good as he got,but ultimately,he was the one walking away injured…on Lulu’s arm.Lulu took Dante to the hospital,where he continued to try getting her to agree to go out with him,but she continued to turn him down,every chance she got.After going to see Olivia at her apartment,Dante found her in the middle of having sex with Johnny,and left her place,disturbed.Filling in for Mike’s at Kelly’s,where Dante happens to be staying,Lulu saw Dante come into the place and accused him of stalking her.Dante informed Lulu that he is staying at Kelly’s,and that he is so disturbed,cause he walked in on his mother in the course of having sex,with a man his age.Dante tried getting Lulu to understand where his frustration was coming into play,but she continued to defend his mother,who has a right to live her own life,how she chooses.Sonny walked into Kelly’s,and saw Dante holding Lulu’s wrist,to which he let Dante know that she was under his protection,and if he needs to vent about his problems,to go see a shrink.

The First Kiss:
At the hospital,Dante found Lulu in the waiting area,with her hand on her head.He kept trying to understand why her head was tilted to the side ,and why she had her hand pressed upon it the whole time,then he quickly realized she glued her hand to her head.Curious to know how he figured that,Lulu asked how he possibly could have imagined that.Dante told Lulu a story about always getting detention in school,and doing the same thing to a teacher,while she nodded off.Lulu got a chuckle out of Dante’s story,and asked the real reason he intended on seeing her in the first place.Dante explained to Lulu about Lucky arresting him,and him hoped it wouldn’t cause any problems between them.Lulu informed Dante there was no them,and claimed that she was dating Matt.After learning about Ethan and Rebecca’s con to scam Nikolas and the Quartermaines out of their money,Lulu attempted to leave the Haunted Star as fast as she could,but Dante stopped her.Dante continued to flirt with her,and insist they have a relationship going on,so Ethan decided to step in and tell Dante that if he beat him at a cards,he’ll tell him everything he wants to know about Lulu.Dante and Ethan were the last remaining players of the card game,so when Dante got the upper-hand,Ethan decided to use his con-man ways to win the game,but Lulu exposed him,in front of Dante.Dante chased after Lulu,and thanked her for saving him his “milk money”,and offered to get her some ice cream.Lulu told Dante she wants nothing from him,so he decided to think of other ways to repay her,and even suggested kissing her.Lulu tells Dante she will not kiss him,not in this life,or the next.He teases her about putting some though into it.Lulu tells Dante that he’s cute,but not that cute.Fed up with Dante’s insistence that she really likes him,Lulu decides to shut him up,with a kiss.

The Carnival:
Dante continued to pursue Lulu,even though she shot him down every chance she got.Dante asked her to the carnival,but Lulu decided to go with Matt.At the Dunk-a-Hunk,Molly dunked Dante,which made Lulu happy.Sitting in the hospital lounge,waiting for Matt,Lulu saw Dante approach her.She made a crack to him about hoping that Molly would miss,so she could take him out herself.Dante jokes back with her about hoping that she didn’t wish for him to drown.Matt tells Lulu he has to cut their date short,because the hospital is understaffed.Dante takes that opportunity to have some fun with Lulu at the carnival.Betting that he wouldn’t be able to ring the bell,Dante took Lulu up on her challenge,and told her that if he won,she’d have to drop her act of pushing him away,and start having some fun.Lulu and Dante bribed Alice,in their favor,but when she took off,they were stuck.Dante and Lulu walk around the carnival joking about her “platypus”,until Dante gets a call for a warehouse job.Johnny interrupts their time together,and decides to do Dante’s job for him,since he “owes” Lulu.Dante thanks Johnny and tells him he’ll return the favor one day.Dante and Lulu go their separate ways,and when a catastrophe strikes the carnival,Dante puts himself in the line of fire to save Morgan.Dante gets run down,and is told he might need a kidney transplant.Lulu visits Dante in the hospital,to thank him for saving her cousin’s life.Dante says she must think he’s a hero now.She tells him that she thinks heroes are overrated,and as soon as he walks out of the hospital,she will go out with him.Dante says it’s a date.Lucky confides in Lulu about asking Elizabeth to remarry him for a third time,but she doesn’t seem as thrilled as he is,so she decided to visit Dante.Lulu shares her cynical perception about love with Dante,which causes him to break the news to her about Johnny,whose been shot.Dante asks Lulu if she is going to visit her man,but Lulu informs him that he’s not her guy.She tells him she’ll always care for Johnny,but they are over.Lulu finds Dante outside of Johnny’s hospital room,with Olivia,after she decides to visit him.Lulu shares an awkward moment with Johnny,and gets ready to leave when Dante asks her for a ride back to the hospital.Though he is wounded,that doesn’t stop Dante’s efforts to get Lulu to agree to the attraction he believes she has for him.Dante joked to Lulu about helping him get undressed,so Lulu decided to let Epiphany know that he wanted help.Epiphany reads Dante the riot act for leaving the hospital before being discharged.After leaving Epiphany to deal with Dante’s come-ons,Lulu decides to come back to Dante,with the ice cream and chocolate sauce he asked for.Lulu sees Dante with Ronnie,and notices that Dante is hiding something,so she grabs it out of his hand,and sees that it’s a badge.Lulu asks Dante to explain,and he gives her a story about it being a fake badge that he uses when he wants to scare people into believing he’s a cop.Lulu doesn’t buy Dante’s story,and tells him that she knows what a real badge looks like.Dante fesses up to “stealing” the badge.Dante and Lulu are interrupted playing Go-Fish,by Ethan,who claimed to Lulu that Nikolas needs her.Lulu told Ethan that she doesn’t like to interfere in her brother’s life,and if he needs her,he’ll let her know.Ethan won’t take “no” for an answer,so Lulu decided to explain her terms in a way he’d understand; cards.Lulu tells Ethan if she gets the highest numbered card,she’ll go,but if Dante gets it,she’s staying.Dante gets a low card,so Lulu decides to con Ethan,and swipes a lower numbered card than Dante’s,so she can stay with him.After their game is over,Lulu gets her stuff to leave the hospital,but Dante sees something in her back butt-pocket,and pulls it out.Dante sees that Lulu has a higher numbered card than he did,and smiles at her for staying with him.Lulu leads Dante into believing that she is going in to kiss him,but instead,she turns away and smiles at him.Searching for the misplaced badge,Dante is looking under his hospital bed when he sees it slide by him.Lulu appears and tells him that he forgot his badge.Dante thanks her for bringing it by,but she keeps it out of his reach.Dante asks her for the badge,but she says since he decided to get some other officer in trouble,she is going to repay the favor to him,and make him work to get the badge back.Lulu places the badge out of Dante’s reach,and leaves the room laughing
